Do my subcontractors need an account?
No. They receive an expiring, scoped upload link and can submit the requested documents without creating an account.
Can I use my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Import a CSV exported from Excel, review any invalid rows or duplicates, and confirm the subcontractors you want to add.
Does CertChaser verify legal compliance?
No. CertChaser is a document administration tool. Approval means your reviewer has accepted a record against your organisation’s criteria. It does not establish authenticity, legal sufficiency or compliance.
What happens when a document expires?
The date status changes to expired. Your configured reminder policy can request a replacement; a new upload always needs a human review.
Is this a live commercial service?
This build includes a local demonstration environment. Live authentication, payments, email delivery, private storage and malware scanning require configuration and launch verification.
