Essential session cookies
The application uses an essential session cookie to keep you signed in and resolve the active organisation from your authorised memberships. It is intended to be HTTP-only, SameSite-protected and secure over HTTPS in production. Signing out clears your application session.
Local and hosted authentication
The local demonstration uses its own session mechanism. If hosted authentication is configured, the provider may use additional cookies necessary to keep the session valid. Document the actual configuration and lifetimes before launch.
Analytics and advertising
This implementation does not intentionally add marketing analytics or advertising scripts to public pages or upload portals. A consent system and updated notice are required before adding non-essential cookies. The deployed hosting configuration must also be reviewed.
Managing cookies
You can use your browser’s settings to view and delete cookies. Blocking essential session cookies will prevent account features from working. Public marketing pages can be read without an account.
