Purpose of the service
CertChaser is a business document administration and tracking tool. It helps organisations collect and review records and monitor recorded dates. It is not a compliance certification authority, legal adviser, insurer or authenticity verification service.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing appropriate document requirements, reviewing submissions, checking authenticity where necessary and making decisions about work and legal obligations. A status of approved or current only reflects recorded dates and a reviewer’s acceptance under your configured criteria.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep credentials secure, assign appropriate roles and remove access when it is no longer needed. Upload only information you are authorised to process. Do not distribute harmful files, attempt to access other tenants, misuse upload links or use reminder functions for unsolicited marketing.
Plans, trials and limits
Proposed monthly plans and fair-use allowances are displayed on the pricing page. Where live billing is configured, the checkout must display the actual price and any applicable tax before payment. A trial does not guarantee production availability. Existing records should not be automatically deleted because of a downgrade; additions or other operations may be restricted when limits are exceeded.
Your documents and data
You retain rights to the material you upload and grant the operator only the permissions necessary to provide the service. Customers remain responsible for a lawful basis to process personal data. A completed data-processing agreement, retention policy and provider register are required for production use.
Availability and service messages
Document dates depend on the information recorded in the platform. Email delivery, scheduled jobs and third-party providers can fail or be delayed. Your business should have a process for reviewing important upcoming dates and addressing delivery failures. Final service and liability commitments require agreement before launch.
Ending use and handling data
Customers should be able to export records and request deletion subject to any lawful retention obligations. Commercial cancellation rules, export windows and backup deletion periods must be published in final terms.
Development preview
The local demonstration is for evaluating the implementation with sample data. Do not rely on it for live operational decisions or upload production personal data. Payment and email integrations require external configuration and verification.
Questions
Contact details and registered operator information will be published on the contact page before commercial launch.
